Stephanie Rimmer is a small business owner with 13 years experience working on Arizona issues and public policy initiatives. She has dedicated much of her career and volunteer work to impacting public policy initiatives that promote economic development, public safety, quality education, and limited government. Her public relations work has taken her across the country to Washington D.C. and all throughout Arizona. Rimmer has worked with non-profits, issue-based committees, corporations and citizen groups in an effort to promote positive changes to government.
Rimmer supports government initiatives that empower communities through economic development and education. She believes Arizona must agressively court corporation re-locations, new business development and create a strong statewide economic infrastructure that is not dependent upon real estate or growth. As a licensed Realtor, for years Rimmer has expressed her concern about the reliance of Arizona's economy on a growing real estate market. She is commitment to balancing the Arizona economy with real economic development including high paying jobs.
Rimmer and her husband John co-own a lighting sales company that has promoted the exportation of American lighting products to Mexico and Latin America for more than 20 years. Rimmer is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She and her husband are the proud parents of four daughters. The Rimmers are members of Arizona’s growing Eastern Catholic community and attend St. Stephens Byzantine Catholic Church in Phoenix where they were married.
